The structure is located in the heart of the village of Valeggio sul Mincio; in 3 minutes walk we find everything that can offer: shops, restaurants, bars, gardens for the little ones, banks, etc.

Description of the area
The most famous receptive area, within the territory of the moraine hills and very close to Lake Garda, where pools of water, green landscapes, olive groves, vineyards, medieval landscapes, poetry, music and history come together ... possibility of a refined and warm stay ..
In the vicinity we have choreographic itineraries:
historic sigurtà garden park;
the cycle paths on the banks of the river mincio that connect the city of Mantua with Lake Garda;
the charming village of Borghetto is located between river and hill where time seems to have stopped and other medieval towns;
evenings with historical re-enactments;
the nearby Lake Garda, Peschiera, is 7 km (even less from the cycle path);
the peninsula of Sirmione is at 15 km (also reachable by bike path between the lands of Lugana);
finally, lands of the wine culture where bardolino, custoza, the moraine hills and the nearby land of lugana, not to forget the neighboring area of the valpolicella and amarone

in 3 minuti a piedi troviamo tutto quello che può offrire: negozi ,
ristoranti , bar , giardini anche per i piccoli , banche, ecc.
Nel contesto una corte delimitata da mura di cinta da la possibilità
di un comodo parcheggio privato chiuso.
Le nuove camere spaziose e confortevoli , dove le travi a vista e

Quanto più rinomata zona recettiva , all'interno del territorio delle colline moreniche
e vicinissimo al Lago di Garda , dove specchi d'acqua , paesaggi verdi , uliveti ,
vigneti , paesaggi medievali , poesia , musica e storia
si fondono... si trova la possibilità di un soggiorno raffinato e caldo..
Nelle prossimità abbiamo coreografici itinerari:
storico parco giardino sigurtà;
le piste ciclabili sulle rive del fiume mincio che collegano
la citta di mantova con il Lago di Garda;
l'incantevole paese di Borghetto trova collocazione tra fiume e collina dove
il tempo sembra si sia fermato ed altri paesi medievali;
serate con rievocazioni storiche;,
il vicino Lago di Garda, Peschiera, dista a 7 km ( anche meno dalla pista ciclabile );
la penisola di Sirmione dista a 15 km (anch'essa raggiungibile da ciclabile
tra le terre del Lugana);
infine terre della cultura del vino dove bardolino , custoza , i colli morenici e
la vicina terra del lugana , da non dimenticare la zona limitrofa del valpolicella e amarone
